This page sets out what Onlyoss costs. All prices are in US dollars (USD). It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and should be read alongside our Refund Policy.
1. Who sells what here
Onlyoss is software, sold by us. Everything you can pay for on this Platform is sold by Onlyoss and by nobody else. Members do not set prices, do not sell to each other, and do not receive money through the Platform. There is no marketplace here, no tipping, no pay-per-view content, no account credit and no wallet.
2. What it costs today
Onlyoss is free to use. Creating an account, publishing your athlete profile at
onlyoss.com/{username}, listing your martial art and rank, recording your competition result,
having your rank verified by your academy, and sharing your page and QR code all cost nothing.
There is nothing to buy on the Platform today.
3. The plans
Two paid plans are in development. Neither is on sale yet, and no billing has started for anyone. The prices below are the prices we intend to launch at, published here so they are not a surprise later.

The Academy plan is priced on the size of your roster, because a school with 30 students and a school with 300 are not getting the same thing:

Bands, not per-student, so signing up one more student never changes your bill mid-month. Annual billing is cheaper than twelve monthly payments. Every plan is sold by Onlyoss, to you, directly. There are no other charges, no usage fees, and no charge for cancelling.
4. The subscription terms that will apply
These are the terms Premium and Academy will be sold on. They take effect only when the plans go on sale, and you will be shown them again at checkout before you pay anything.
- Billing interval. Monthly, or annual where an annual price is offered, whichever you choose. You are billed in advance for the period ahead.
- First charge. When you subscribe. There is no delayed first charge, and no charge of any kind before you choose a plan and confirm it.
- Free trial. There is none, and that is deliberate: the free plan is permanent, not a trial. You can use Onlyoss for as long as you like without paying, and only pay when you want what the paid plans add. If we ever introduce a time-limited trial, its length, and the date of the first charge after it, will be stated on this page and at checkout before you start it.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price you are paying, using the payment method you subscribed with. We will email you before an annual renewal.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee and you do not have to contact us to do it.
- What cancelling does. It stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep everything the plan gives you until that period ends, and then your account returns to the free plan. Your profile, your rank, your record and your page all stay exactly as they are — they are on the free plan.
- Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before it applies to you, and it will only ever apply from your next renewal. A period you have already paid for is never repriced.
5. Tax
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any sales tax or VAT due in your country is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay, so a $9.99 plan is $11.39 at a 14% rate, or $11.99 at a 20% rate. The rate depends on where you are, not on what you buy.
6. Payments and our payment provider
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for collecting and remitting tax. Its terms apply to the payment transaction alongside ours, and refunds are issued through it. We do not receive or store your full card details.
7. Custom and enterprise pricing
We do not offer custom, negotiated, or enterprise pricing, and we have no sales-led tiers. The prices on this page are the prices everyone pays.
8. Refunds
Our Refund Policy sets out in full when we refund a subscription, and it preserves your statutory rights if you are in the EU or the UK.
9. Changes to this page
We may change the fees on this page. If we do, we will update the page and the date at the top of it. Changes are not applied retroactively: a subscription period you have already paid for keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
