Book a free class through the chat

While your assistant is on, the "Book a free class" button on your page opens the chat and starts it for the visitor. It asks what it needs and books them in. You can turn this off any time and the button goes to your normal booking.

What does it answer from?

From what you write: your class times, your trial offer, what it costs, your address. It says nothing that is not written there and never invents a price or a time. When it does not know, it hands the person over to you and you get an e-mail.

What happens at the monthly limit?

We e-mail you when you reach 80% of the month's replies. At 100% the assistant stops answering for the rest of the month, and your "Book a free class" button goes back to your normal booking. It starts again next month, or as soon as you add a top-up.

What is the top-up?

1,000 more replies for $5, for the current month only, on any plan. Unused top-up replies do not carry over.

How does the trial work?

The first 7 days are a trial, with up to 100 replies. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

Can I pay by the year?

Yes. A year costs 10 months of the monthly price: Solo $240, Busy $490, Academy $790. The plan is the same and the replies still renew every month. The top-up is monthly only.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. There is no contract.
