Why thirty, and not three hundred

Because every founding academy is set up by hand — your instructor verified, your roster loaded, your first promotion certificates issued with you. Thirty is what can be done properly.

It is not a marketing number. When these places are gone the form closes, and the next group will be opened at the standard price.

Being straight with you: the free profile, ranks, records and QR codes are live today. The roster, the certificates and the academy page are being built now, and founding academies are who they are being built with. That is the deal — you get in early and shape it, and you are not paying for it while it is unfinished.

Your rate: $29 a month, for as long as you stay.

The Academy plan is planned at $49 a month for a school of up to fifty students, rising with the size of the roster. Founding academies pay $29 a month at any roster size, and keep that rate for as long as the subscription runs — including after the price goes up for everyone else.

Nothing is charged today. There is no card field on this page and no payment provider behind it. You are reserving a place and a price; the first payment happens when the academy tools are finished and you have said yes to starting.

If you decide it is not for you when that day comes, you owe nothing and you keep your profile.

What we ask in return

That you actually verify your students. A founding place is worth nothing to us if the ranks never get confirmed — the verification is the whole product, and you are the only one who can do it for your school.

And that you tell us when something is wrong. You are seeing this before anyone else, which means you will find the rough edges first.

An address at your school’s own domain — you@yourschool.com — is the quickest way for us to confirm the academy is yours. A personal address is fine; it just means we will need another way to check.

An estimate is fine. It does not change your founding rate.

The questions we get asked.

Am I signing a contract?
No. You are reserving a place and a price. There is nothing to cancel, and no payment method is stored, because none is collected.
What if the academy tools are never finished?
Then you have lost nothing — you were never charged. Your profile and your students' profiles stay exactly as they are, free, as they are today.
Do my students have to pay?
No. A profile, a rank, a competition record and a QR code are free for every athlete, permanently. Verification is free too and is never sold — selling a credential would be the fastest way to make it worthless.
Does verifying a student commit me to anything?
Only to the truth of what you confirmed. You are stating that your school awarded that rank to that person. You can withdraw a verification if it turns out to be wrong.
Can I sell my courses or seminars on Onlyoss?
No. Onlyoss is the only seller on the platform — nobody else sets a price or takes money through it. If you run a seminar you can announce it here, but the ticketing stays wherever you already do it.
How many academies have joined so far?
The number at the top of this page is the real count, taken from the database as you loaded it. When it reaches zero the form closes.
